Ann Arbor is the anchor of everything I do. Around 120,000 people, home to the University of Michigan, and a downtown with real energy: Kerrytown, Main Street, State Street, all of it within a few walkable blocks.
The neighborhoods each have their own personality. The Old West Side has historic homes under a canopy of street trees. Burns Park and the surrounding streets are classic Ann Arbor: brick, porches, and students on bikes. Further out you'll find newer subdivisions with bigger lots and quieter streets. I've ridden most of them, and I can tell you what each one actually feels like at 7 a.m. on a Saturday.
It's the priciest market in the county, and the competition for well-kept homes near downtown is real. But if you want walkability, culture, restaurants, and a university town that never quite sits still, there's nothing else like it in Michigan.
Thinking about Ann Arbor? Let's talk. I'll show you what it actually feels like to live here.
